Who is responsible
Techbrand ACP LTD is responsible for the personal information described here. Our business contact address is 8 Amaliados St, Limassol, Cyprus. Contact info@techbrand.io about your information or this notice.
This notice covers enquiries and the operation of techbrand.io. Separately agreed services may have additional privacy information.
Enquiries
Our form collects your name, email address, optional business name and message. We also handle correspondence that follows your enquiry. Please provide only information relevant to your request; do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the form.
We use this information to understand your request, reply and manage the enquiry. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, that is our legal basis. For other enquiries, including contact on behalf of a business, our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests and managing business relationships.
Name, email and message are required to submit the form; business name is optional. You can instead email us directly. The privacy acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice. Sending an enquiry is not consent to receive marketing emails.
Website operation and service providers
WordPress and Contact Form 7 handle the form. Hostinger provides website hosting and email infrastructure. Enquiries are delivered to our email inbox, an acknowledgement is sent to the address supplied, and HubSpot is used to keep contact records and manage enquiries.
Website hosting and security services process connection and request information to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. Our legitimate interest is maintaining a reliable, secure service. The site includes Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse prevention; it evaluates technical signals and uses a cookie for risk analysis. You can contact us by email instead of using the form.
HubSpot’s supporting services use Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie to protect against automated abuse. This security cookie can remain when optional analytics cookies are rejected; it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Optional cookies
With your consent, HubSpot uses optional analytics cookies to measure visits and interactions with our website. This can include pages viewed, cookie identifiers and associated device or browser information. You can accept or reject optional cookies in the banner and reopen it using Cookie Settings to change your choices or withdraw consent. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent you from contacting us. Cookie preferences do not subscribe you to marketing emails.
International processing
Our providers operate internationally, so processing can involve access outside the European Economic Area. Their published terms describe transfer arrangements and safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable: Hostinger, HubSpot and Google Cloud. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information and how to obtain a copy.
Retention
We assess retention by purpose rather than keeping every enquiry indefinitely. Relevant criteria are whether the enquiry or an agreed follow-up is still active, whether it has become a client relationship, and whether specific information is needed for a legal obligation or dispute. Security information is assessed against the incident or protection purpose it serves.
Our review process identifies information no longer needed and arranges deletion or anonymisation. Where a specific obligation or dispute requires retention, only the relevant information is retained for that purpose. Backup copies are handled through the applicable recovery and replacement cycle; a request affecting restored data must also be carried through to the restored records.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email info@techbrand.io to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You can complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
Updates
We will revise this notice when the website's processing changes and show the update date above.
